Encouraging Morning Playlist

Hey y’all! Welcome to Little Things and Sunshine!  Today I thought that I would share one of my favorite morning playlists with you. Music is such an important part of my life, and listening to something encouraging really helps me to start my day out right. This is a great playlist to listen to as you get ready, make breakfast, go to work or school, or just hang around the house!

Well I hope you enjoy all of these songs! I would love to know which ones are your favorites and what some of your favorite encouraging songs are! Thanks for stopping by:)

~July Favorites~

Hey y'all! Is it just me, or did July (and pretty much the whole summer) just fly by!? I'm trying to ignore the fact that school is about to start and sleeping late is soon to be no more. I do love having a routine though. Just the thought of pretty planners and color coded days brings a smile to my face;) I've been trying to keep my makeup, hair, food, ect. really simple. Because of their simplicity, July's favorites are all great things for the upcoming school year.

L'Oréal Paris True Match Lumi foundation ~ This has been my everyday foundation all summer. It's pretty much a tinted sunscreen (spf 20) which, having very prone to burn skin, is something that I love.

Chacos ~ Yes, I'm fully aware that Chacos aren't a new thing. I purchased a pair this past winter and have gotten so much use out of them this summer. This past month I went white-water rafting and having Chacos was a life saver. They're also great for just ordinary summer days.

Basic Tees ~ At Target they had a 3 for $20 deal on their Mossimo tee shirts so of course I had to get some. The basic tees have been amazing for throwing together a quick outfit. Basic shirts are also great for those school days when you can't decide what to wear.

Norton Hall Band ~ If you read my post, Tethered to Christ, then you've already heard me mention them. The Norton Hall Band is from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. I discovered them early in July and instantly fell in love with their renditions of different hymns. Some of my favorites are He Will Hold Me Fast and My Hope Is Built/The Solid Rock.

French Press coffee ~ My family's Bunn coffee maker recently decided to take a turn for the worst. Being in the middle of a home remodel (we live in a camper), my mom didn't want to buy another bulky coffee maker. Instead we opted for a french press and I absolutely love it. You can make tea, coffee, lattes, and so much more! It's also way easier than I thought it would be. If you haven't tried making coffee in a french press, then I would defiantly recommend it!

Well thank you so much for dropping in! I would love to know what things you enjoyed this July!

Happy August!
