Goodmorning Breakfast Oats 


Hi Everyone! 

Today I thought I would share one of my favorite breakfasts with you. This breakfast bowl is filling, nourishing, and delicious! I made 1/2 of a cup of old-fashioned oats and topped it with frozen blackberries and blueberries, slivered almonds, almond butter, chia seeds, and blue agave nectar. This bowl kept me full and feeling great all morning! It’s also easy and fast to make, so it’s perfect those rushed mornings on the way to work or school.

    Sounds yummy! I need to make healthier breakfast choices! Lately I’ve been eating peanut butter toast then drizzle it with local honey. It’s yummy but peanut butter and bread aren’t the healthiest of choices if you eat them all the time. Thanks for sharing your healthy breakfast!
